The Project: CTRL designed and delivered professional training programmes for the Music Managers Forum (MMF), equipping emerging and established music managers with the skills, knowledge, and frameworks to operate effectively in today’s music business. The training covered artist development, revenue streams, contracts, rights management, and international growth strategies.

The Objective: To create an accessible, industry-informed curriculum that supports the professionalisation of music management- supporting managers to build sustainable businesses and advocate effectively for their artists. The programme was structured around real-world case studies, peer learning, and expert-led sessions to ensure practical impact.
